We spent a very pleasant evening in Strathaven on Saturday at the balloon festival evening glow. This is basically where hot air balloons are used as a light show to accompany music. On the way into the event we passed a group of youngsters who where enjoying the evening with a drink and chips but where very polite and made way to allow us to pass them. It is nice to see a group of youngsters enjoying themselves and showing that not all of them are trouble makers.
